Client Service Representative is accountable for client retention/service, and prospecting sales targets.
The ideal candidate should be driven and embrace being part of a dynamic and rapidly evolving sales environment. The role provides them the ability to work autonomously.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be accountable for:
a) Working with clients to service, renew and retain in-force business.
b) Collaborating with industry partners to develop and maintain relationships.
c) Promoting and prospecting insurance products and services.
The ideal candidate must possess:
a) Working experience in a similar or related field.
b) Excellent communication skills, including proficiency with procedures, scheduling & follow-ups.
c)Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Professionalism & Integrity.
